Spacious and well-equipped rooms with excellent ensuite facilities. Friendly staff who were always willing to help. - Fantastic food options with a great selection of wines and gin.
Thin walls, allowing for noise from other guests in the corridor and adjoining rooms. Breakfast starting at 8.30am, which was a bit late for our liking.

Over Easter, I had a wonderful stay at a cozy and charming inn. the spacious room was comfortable and had great Wi-Fi. the breakfast included a fantastic selection of fresh fruit and delicious cooked options. the secure parking was an added bonus and the quiet location was perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Its proximity to the major road and local attractions made it the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.
Although the room was comfortable, the soundproofing left something to be desired. I could hear the noisy kitchen and other guests at times.

The location of the hotel was peaceful, with the sounds of lambs and cattle adding to the tranquility. the bar had a warm and inclusive feel, with a good selection of beers and whiskys available. the rooms were large and spacious, with excellent ensuite facilities. the food in the restaurant was of very good quality, with a great choice of wines and gin. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. It was a lovely place to stay and explore.
The lack of a garden for children and the narrow lanes around the hotel made it difficult to go for walks in the evening.
